A-team Coaching FI29913778 (hereinafter referred as the online store isoaaro.com) sells products and services to private individuals in Europe. We reserve the right to change delivery terms and prices. Product prices include VAT and possible delivery costs.

Ordering:

The products/services to be ordered are selected on the website by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is sent by paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online store's checkout function. When placing an order, you accept the delivery terms, product prices, delivery costs and agreements. If an email address is provided at the time of ordering, an order confirmation will be sent by email to you. The order confirmation will indicate the ordered products and the price.

Delivery:

Orders are shipped on weekdays. The delivery time for products delivered from stock is usually 3-5 business days. If the products to be delivered are made-to-order products, the delivery time is usually 1-3 weeks. Shipping costs are determined by the selected delivery method, any additional services, and the weight and size of the order. You can see the shipping costs in the online store's checkout function before the final approval of the order.

If the product is lost or damaged during delivery, this must be reported immediately, but within 14 days. Packages damaged during delivery must be reported immediately to the company responsible for the delivery.

Digital products are delivered via mobile app, email, or linked to your profile in the online store. Digital products are not eligible for returns of refunds unless other product-specific statement is mentioned.
